Emerge! A Global Bazaar

The bazaar, an international development fair and global marketplace, unites student groups, community initiatives and artisan groups to sell crafts and share their art and culture.
The bazaar mixes celebration (sale of traditional crafts, cultural performances, art, and ethnic desserts) with student groups, faculty, community members, and artisan representatives. These groups unite to present solutions to global challenges. The fair emphasize what students can do to help address these global issues, including research and internships.

Work Study Position @ the CJL
Welcome Center Attendant:
The Center for Jewish Life is seeking a welcome area/front office attendant to greet and direct visitors to services and events, provide information to students and guests, answer the phone, provide information regarding dining procedures, and direct all others to the appropriate point of contact in the building. This position will also perform basic librarian duties (returning books to shelves, identifying overdue books, straightening up library), and may sometimes be asked to do other miscellaneous duties as time allows (for example, take down or put up flyers in building).
