What does it mean to be in covenant with a God you might not believe in? What compels us to observe mitzvot (commandments) if we don't believe the Torah was written by God? We will explore how modern Jewish thinkers, affiliated with the liberal Jewish movements, have translated the concepts of covenant and commandedness in light of their movement's beliefs. |

Bema'agalei Tzedek is a group of yount social entrepreneurs that strive to create a more just Israeli society informed and inspired by Jewish values. She previously served as the International Director of Yavneh Olami and is currently on both the Yavneh Olami and PresenTense Board.
